Ordering Options

To place an order, Gateway offers five flexible methods.  Please choose the method that is the easiest and most convenient for you.

Order by CREDIT CARD
Order by EMAIL
Order by FAX
Order by TELEPHONE
Order by US MAIL


CREDIT CARD

Gateway Communications does not process credit cards but uses a secure credit card company called PayPal.  Simple add the items to be purchase using the Shopping Cart menu found on the left side of the product pages.  To check out of the store, click on "Show Cart" and follow the instructions. 


EMAIL

Click Here » to lauch a request form that is composed in an email.  Fill out the required information in the body of the text and click 'Send'.

Within one business day, the purchaser will receive a reply from Gateway with a formal quote.  The quote will also include freight charges and applicable taxes based on the information in the request form. 

Once the purchaser has reviewed the quote, the purchase replays back to accept the quote.  The purchase will soon receive an email from PayPal requesting payment on behave of Gateway.  Follow their instructions and PayPal will inform Gateway that the credit card payment process is complete.

Gateway will continue to email the purchaser the shipping status and delivery by email.

FAX

Click Here » to download a request form as a PDF.  Fill out the requested information and then fax the request form to 520-882-8730.

Within one business day, the purchaser will receive a formal quote back from Gateway by fax.  The quote will also include freight charges and applicable taxes based on the information in the request form.

Once the purchaser has reviewed the quote, the purchaser adds their credit card information to the quote.  To accept, fax the signed copy of the quote to Gateway.

Gateway will continue to update the purchaser of the shipping status and delivery by fax.

TELEPHONE

Call Gateway at 520-882-8730.  Hours of operation are 9am to 4pm (PST), Monday thourgh Friday.  Gateway will take down your information and will provide you with a verbal quote.  If acceptable, they will ask for your credit card information over the telephone.

Gateway will continue to update the purchaser of the shipping status and delivery by telephone.

US MAIL

Click Here » to download a request form as a PDF.  Fill out the required information and then mail it to 904 S. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719, attention to Gateway Communications' Sales Department. 

Once received by Gateway, Gateway will mail a correspond back with a formal quote.  The quote will include freight charges and applicable taxes. 

After the purchaser reviews the quote, the purchaser can elect to include a check for the full amount of the quote or provide their credit card information.  To accept, mails back a signed copy of the quote and check, if applicable, to Gateway. 

Gateway will update the purchaser of any changers to the status of their order by mail.
